In the comfortable apartments, that are each complete with fully-equipped kitchen, there is plenty of space for 2 – 5 people, which is ideal for families and small groups. The room for 1 – 3 people will also invite you to relax and enjoy your holiday. A highlight for our guests is the infrared cabin, which can be used free of charge. Free WiFi is available throughout the house.

All prices are listed in Euro for the specified number of guests per night, excluding the local tax (€2.00 per night per person 15 years or older), excluding the final cleaning fee (€ 30 to 35 per stay in the holiday apartments). Breakfast buffet (€ 9) and bread service for the holiday apartments is available upon request.
Short-stay surcharge per person in the rooms: 1 night: € 8, 2 – 3 nights: € 6 per night. Subject to change and error.
Arrival & Departure
The rooms and apartments are available beginning at 2pm on the day of arrival. We ask that you are out of the rooms and apartments by 10am on the day of departure.

Local Tax
The local tax is not included in the price. It is € 1.10 per night per person 15 years or older.
Final Cleaning Fee
The final cleaning fee for the holiday apartments is € 30 – € 35 per stay.
Payment Conditions
Please pay the outstanding bill in cash on site.
Booking Conditions
The booking conditions are in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations.
Travel Insurance
A reservation is a purchase agreement. In case of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Road Conditions (ÖAMTC)
Please check the current traffic conditions in Austria ahead of time, so that you arrive safely. Austrian roadways require that each vehicle has a vignette.
The nearest train station is the Altenmarkt train station (it is approximately 600m away) – we offer a free pick-up service from the train station. The Radstadt train station is about 4.5km away and it is an express train station.
